HUNTER
FOSTER (Linus). Broadway: Little Shop of Horrors
(Seymour Krelbourn), Urinetown (Bobby Strong), Grease
(Roger), Footloose, Les Misérables and Alan
Menken's King David. Toured nationally as Rum Tum Tugger
in Cats and understudied and performed the role of Martin
Guerre in the Cameron Makintosh production of Martin Guerre.
He also appeared in the New York premiere of Children of Eden
(Abel) by Stephen Schwartz at the Paper Mill Playhouse. As a writer,
he has penned the books to the musicals Summer of '42,
which premiered Off-B'way in 2002, and the upcomming Bonnie
and Clyde and Fearless. |

DANGER-JAMES (Woodstock)
has appeared on the Pied Piper Children's Theatre stage in WINNIE
THE POOH (Tigger), THE WIND IN THE WILLOWS (Portly/Field Mouse/Ferret),
NEW CLOTHES FOR THE EMPEROR (Townsperson), WINNIE THE POOH (Roo)
and STUART LITTLE (Mayfly/School Child). She is 6 and attends
the first grade at Muscota New School. McKinny takes violin, dance,
art and sings in the chorus at Harlem School of the Arts, and
also studies piano. |

DEVEN
MAY (Charlie
Brown). Originated
the title role in Bat Boy - TheMusical with the Actors' Gang
in L.A. and won the 1998 Ovation Award for Best Lead Actor in
a Musical. When the show moved Off-Broadway, Deven was honored
to receive many awards and nominations for his portrayal of
Bat Boy, including a Lucille Lortel Award nomination for Best
Actor in a Musical, a Drama Desk nomination for Outstanding
Actor in a Musical, and the 2001 Theatre World Award for Outstanding
New York Debut.

| LARRY
GROSSMAN (Composer) has written for the stage, television,
film, concerts and cabaret. For Broadway, he has composed the
scores for MINNIE'S BOYS, GOODTIME CHARLEY (starring Joel Grey),
A DOLL'S LIFE (Tony nomination), GRIND (Tony and Drama Desk nominations,
both directed by Harold Prince) and SNOOPY, The Musical,which
is currently performed internationally in five languages. His
other stage work includes PAPER MOON (Regional) and a new musical
version of TOM JONES, written with James Goldman, scheduled for
production later this year. For his work in television, Mr. Grossman
has been awarded six Emmys, with a total of 17 nominations. He
has written music for scores of network specials, including the
Academy Awards, The Tonys, The Emmys and special events such as
Liberty Weekend. His work on THE MUPPET SHOW earned him a prestigious
Peabody Award. He composed the dramatic scores for the Emmy-winning
DISPLACED PERSON and the remake of SUSPICION, both for American
Playhouse. In film, he composed the song score for Disney's POCAHONTAS
11" JOURNEY TO A NEW WORLD. He also was co-lyricist, with Ellen
Fitzhugh, for Disney's THE GREAT MOUSE DETECTIVEZ as well as MGM's
THATS DANCING, both with music by Henry Mancini. He has written
special concert and cabaret material for numerous artists including
Shirley MacLaine, Liza Minnelli, Julie Andrews, Chita Rivera,
Ann-Margret and Joel Grey. He served as creative consultant for
Elaine Stritch At Liberty. His songs have been recorded by artists
ranging from Tony Bennett to David Bowie. Michael Jackson's recording
of GONE TOO SOON on his "Dangerous" album has sold over 23 million
copies. Mr. Grossman is a graduate of Northwestern University's
School of Communication and serves on its national advisory board. |

RIMALOWER (Director). Most recently Ben Rimalower wrote,
produced and directed the 2003 SHINE Awards at Hollywood's
House of Blues featuring Kelsey Grammar, Mariska Hargitay, Craig
T. Nelson and Lorna Luft. Last year he directed the world premieres
of Joe Brouillette's A Fairy's Tale and Mike Shapiro's
The Alleged Adventures of Blenderman (Ten Minute Musicals
Competition Finalist) in addition to the New York premiere of
Yuval Sharon's Infinity Breathes. Outside New York, Ben
has directed productions of Jeffrey, Cabaret, Death, Into The
Woods, Chess, Ruthless!, Falsettos and Eleemosynary.
Assistant Director credits include A Class Act (Manhattan
Theatre Club, Broadway and Tokyo) and A Little Night Music
starring Patti LuPone, George Hearn and Zoe Caldwell as well as
the Emmy-winning Sweeney Todd starring Ms. LuPone and Mr.
Hearn. As Lonny Price's associate at Musical Theatre Works, Ben
worked on many new musicals and benefits including the reunion
concert of Merrily We Roll Along. Ben studied Dramatic
Art at U.C. Berkeley where he was the founding Artistic Director
of BareStage (soon to celebrate its 10th anniversary) and is currently
producing and directing the New York premiere of John Fisher's
San Francisco hit, The Joy Of Gay Sex. |

| SETH
RUDETSKY (Musical
Director ). Seth
has served as Artistic Producer and Music Director for all three
Actor's Fund Annual Concert. He was the brainchild behind
their first concert: Dreamgirls and also conceived the
idea of multiple Fannie Brice's for their second: Funny Girl.
Last September he helmed CHESS and is now working on next year's
concert. He has played in the pits of fifteen Broadway shows including
Wicked, Ragtime and Millie and accompanied many
of his favorite high-belting Broadway stars such as Audra MacDonald,
Betty Buckley and Patti LuPone in concert. As a comedy writer
he was nominated for three Emmy Awards for his work on The
Rosie OıDonnell Show and wrote the lyrics for the opening
"Diva" number on the 1998 Tony Awards. He was also the
on-camera theatre correspondent for METRO TV'S "New York
Central" as well as making many appearances on US'ıs "Up
All Night". On Thursdays he hosts "Seth's Broadway Chatterbox"
a benefit talk show for BC/EFA where he's interviewed such celebs
as Megan Mullally, Nathan Lane and Bebe Neuwirth. He's a DJ seven
days a week on Sirisu Satellite Radio's Broadway Best and recently
starred Off-Broadway at The Actors' Playhouse in his critically
acclaimed one-man play, Rhapsody in Seth, directed by Peter
Flynn. |

| James
De Forte (Choreographer) is currently choreographing
and creating the illusions for an upcoming production of Carnival.
Selected choreography credits include the Boston Premiere of Fame,
The Musical, Tarnish, The Birthday Project, The Mayor of "There",
Once on this Island, Company and Chicago. James also had the
pleasure of training with John Carrafa and Tara Young while working
on Dance of the Vampires. Additionally, he has spent many
years teaching and competing within the world of ballroom dance.
As a performer, James has toured with such shows as Swing Dance
America and The Outsiders. He can be seen dancing in
the upcoming film, The Stepford Wives, starring Nicole
Kidman and Christopher Walken. |

| Wilson
Chin (Set Designer). Wilson Chin's NY credits include
"Say You Love Satan (FringeNYC), "Virgin of the Vieux
Carre" (Double Helix ONE Festival), and "2 Josh" (Cherry Lane
Alternative). Regional credits include "Breath, Boom"
(Yale Repertory Theatre) directed by Michael John Garces and
"A Streetcar Named Desire" (Yale School of Drama) directed
by Trip Cullman. Recent assistant work include "Assassins"
(Studio 54) and "Caroline, or Change" (NYSF). Education:
BA in Architecture from UC Berkeley and MFA in Set Design from

Grill (Lighting Designer) has designed lighting for
Theater, Dance, Television, Architectural Projects, and Industrials
taking him from the Great Wall of China to the Great Stage of
Radio City Music Hall. Recently Mr. Grill received a Primetime
Emmy Award for Best Lighting Direction for the Opening Ceremony
Salt Lake 2002 Olympic Winter Games. Dance credits include works
for the Milwaukee Ballet, Atlanta Ballet, Ballet Met, Ballet Austin,
Ballet NY, Northern Ballet Theatre, Cincinnati Ballet, Royal Winnipeg
Ballet, Dayton Ballet, Dances Patrelle (Resident Designer), Numerous
Choreographers and the Purchase College Conservatory of Dance.
Mr. Grill also served as the Associate Lighting Designer for the
Tony, Dora and Oliver Award Winning Musical The Who's Tommy,
and provides Lighting Supervision for The Radio City Music
Hall Christmas Spectacular. Television Credits include the
Paralympic Winter Games 2002 Opening and Closing Ceremonies,
the CNN and Time Democratic Presidential Debate, Larry King Live,
and The Womenıs Sports Awards. He has also provided Lighting
Direction for CNNıs Atlanta Studio, the National Memorial Day
and July 4th. Concerts and the Superbowl XXXII - XXXIII - XXXV
Half-time Shows. Architectural projects include the Salt Lake
2002 Olympic Cauldron Park and the Florida Museum of Natural Historyıs
Hall of Florida Fossils: Evolution of Life and Land. His extensive
Corporate Theater credits include Estee Lauder, Pfizer, Georgetown
University, Avon, ITT, MassMutual, Dow Jones, and Verizon. Mr.
Grill has been featured in numerous publications including Lighting
Dimensions and TCI and is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Purchase
College, State University of New York. |

Kaley (Costume Design). David Kaley is the Assistant
Costume Shop Supervisor for TheatreworksUSA. He is a graduate
of NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. Recent projects include Landscape
of the Body (Terry Schreiber Studio), What in the World: The
Newsical Review (John Houseman Studio Theater), Henry
V (Fifth Street Theatre), An Ideal Husband (NYU), and
The Elan Awards. |

| JAMIE
McGONNIGAL (Executive Producer) has been represented
in NYC most notably for directing and producing the New York City
Premiere of Stephen Schwartz's CHILDREN OF EDEN, which
benefited the York Theatre Company and The National AIDS Fund.
He was also responsible for last year's NEO Concert for
the York Theatre Company, which featured new songs by emerging
musical theatre writers, as performed by Broadway favorites. Other
recent credits include MIRACLE ON 47TH STREET at The King
Kong Room-a benefit for God's Love We Deliver (Director/Producer),
EMBRACE! A Concert Benefiting The Matthew Shepard Foundation
